Good morning.In state capital news, a supermajority of West Virginia House Republicans is petitioning Governor Patrick Morrisey to call an August tenth special session to expel Fayette County Delegate Elliott Pritt. Pritt was arrested on federal charges alleging the former teacher enticed and sexually abused a middle school student.Here in Parkersburg, City Council meets tonight to vote on final readings of proposed utility discounts.
