Pritt remains in federal custody following his arrest last week on child exploitation charges. U.S. Attorney Moore Capito says the case will now move to a federal grand jury.In regional business news, the operator of the former Pleasants Power Plant, Omnis Pleasants, has filed for Chapter Eleven bankruptcy reorganization as management explores selling the facility.
