School officials joined forces with the Parkersburg Police Department, the Sheriff’s Office, and Camden Clark Emergency Medical Services at Hamilton Middle School to practice rapid response, victim triage, and multi-agency communication during a mass casualty event.And legal warfare continues over the former Pleasants Power Plant following a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in federal court.
