Bank officials say the fifteen-million-dollar, twenty-two-thousand-square-foot facility will replace its historic Juliana Street location and is scheduled to open by the end of 2027.Across the river in Belpre, the ninety-fourth annual Belpre Homecoming Festival kicks off today at Civitan Park. The four-day community event features rides, marketplace vendors, live entertainment, and pageants, concluding Sunday with praise and worship activities.And in state politics, debate continues between Governor Patrick Morrisey and legislative leaders over the management of West Virginia’s TANF assistance program.
