Good morning.In Vienna, work begins Monday on replacing the 17th Street bridge over Pond Run stream between Ninth and 12th avenues. City officials say 17th Street will be fully closed to traffic twenty-four/seven during construction, with traffic detoured onto 16th Street. The project is expected to be completed by March 2027.Down in Parkersburg, Bicentennial Park hosts the return of a signature community event this Saturday night. Formerly known as the Downtown Throwdown, the rechristened "Downtown Brewfest" runs from six to ten p.m. featuring craft beer, food vendors, and live music from the Michael Christopher Band.And across the river, a Washington County grand jury has handed down indictments against nineteen individuals.
