Good morning.In healthcare legal news, a federal jury in Wheeling has ordered Camden Clark Medical Center to pay five million dollars in damages to Memorial Health System. The verdict wraps up a trial stemming from a decade-long legal dispute where Camden Clark was found liable for civil conspiracy and vicarious liability.A fugitive wanted by Parkersburg Police for alleged felony sexual abuse has been apprehended in Arizona. The U.S. Marshals Service took Johnathan Gregory Bowersock into custody in Sedona. Authorities say Bowersock fled West Virginia after allegedly abusing a minor family member between 2014 and 2020 and is now awaiting extradition back to Wood County.And despite severe rain and high water across the Mid-Ohio Valley late last week, weekend festivities went off without a hitch.
