Good morning.A Canfield man is in custody after attempting to forcefully push toward Ohio gubernatorial candidate Dr. Amy Acton at the Canfield Fair. Thirty-eight-year-old Patrick Havas faces charges of felony assault and disorderly conduct after knocking two attendees to the ground. Authorities recovered two handguns and brass knuckles following his arrest.In Marietta, Washington County officials officially unveiled a new Common Pleas courtroom at the courthouse. Courtroom C, located in the former Building Department space, will primarily serve domestic relations and family law cases to improve privacy and security for litigants.And early arrivals are already lining the Marietta riverfront ahead of the fiftieth annual Ohio River Sternwheel Festival.
