Good morning.Parkersburg City Council has passed an ordinance charging all residents a mandatory three-dollar monthly recycling fee to comply with a recent court ruling. Council members also approved financing for a nearly twenty-six-million-dollar water filtration project to eliminate forever chemicals, and cleared the way for a one-hundred-fifty-million-dollar expansion at Camden Clark Medical Center.On the state level, Governor Patrick Morrisey announced West Virginia is now one of six states under consideration by the Department of Energy to host a new federal nuclear innovation campus.And outdoor enthusiasts can head to North Bend State Park this Friday through Sunday for the fifty-sixth annual Nature Wonder Weekend.
