The complaint alleges hazardous forever chemicals leaked from a nearby landfill, contaminating surrounding soil, groundwater, and residential properties.And President Trump has signed legislation sponsored by West Virginia Senator Jim Justice authorizing a new Medal of Honor monument on the National Mall.
