Authorities are trying to find a 25-year-old man who has been missing in Herrington Lake since a boat collision on the Fourth of July that has hospitalized several other people.  He went overboard and emergency management officials say it could take several more days to find him.  One woman was airlifted to the University of Kentucky hospital and others were taken by ambulance to a hospital in Danville.  The missing man is believed to be of Ukrainian descent, but his name has not been released.The city of Lexington has reached 150 days without a homicide, which leaders say is a record.  ONE Lexington director Devine Carama says that is as of yesterday.  The last homicide in Lexington was February 5th when 17-year-old Jonathan Hunt was shot and killed in a parking lot off of Versailles Road.  Carama credits the low homicide rate to community engagement through the Lexington Police Department and the school system. An off-duty police officer is dead after being shot by Boone County deputies.  Authorities say Boone County Sheriff deputies responded Friday night to a domestic violence complaint involving shots fired.  Officers encountered off-duty Florence Police officer Dustin Zink, who was displaying a weapon while threatening both self-harm and harm to others at the scene.  Zink fired his weapon multiple times.  Four deputies opened fire, hitting Zink, who was pronounced dead at the hospital.  Former Kentucky guard Kerr Kriisa is in legal trouble.  Kriisa was arrested on federal charges last Friday.  The case reportedly involves a multimillion-dollar fraud scheme.  The Estonia native played for the Wildcats during the 2024-25 season.  He averaged 4.4 points and 3.8 assists while appearing in nine games.  A recall is being issued for bags of frozen blueberries sold at Publix because of possible E. coli contamination.  The 10-ounce bags of  GreenWise Organic IQF Blueberries were sold at the grocery store chain across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Kentucky.  So far there have been 12 confirmed cases of E. coli.
