A Pulaski County family remains in shock after the tragic death of a young child in a fireworks mishap.  Four-year-old Rhett Luttrell died over the weekend after being struck by fireworks during a Fourth of July celebration.  Authorities say a tube of fireworks that had been lit fell over and hit the child in the torso.  The boy was celebrating the holiday with relatives when the incident happened.  Funeral arrangements are pending.The body of a man who went missing after a boat crash on Herrington Lake has been found.  Mercer County Fire officials announced Monday that the body of 25-year-old Nazar Svintizelskiy had been found and would be sent to Frankfort for an autopsy.  The young man had gone missing after a boat crash on the lake Saturday night that left four other people with injuries.Louisville Metro Police are searching for the driver in a fatal hit-and-run that killed an e-bike rider on Outer Loop this past weekend.  Investigators say it happened just before midnight Sunday night between Stinnett Lane and Grade Lane.  They say the victim who was riding an e-bike was struck by a vehicle whose driver continued on and did not stop.  A second vehicle struck the e-bike but its driver stopped to help the e-bike rider.  The identity of the e-bike rider has not been released.     Construction is moving forward on the Scott County Justice Center.  When finished, the 69-thousand-square-foot justice center in Georgetown will include six courtrooms and bring all six county judges under one roof instead of the three buildings they currently hold court out of.  Legal officials say the justice center will lead to faster court services for many county residents.  Construction on the 55-million dollar project is set to wrap up at the end of the year.The Kentucky State Fair is hiring workers for temporary positions during the fair.  The fair runs August 20th to the 30th at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.  Pay starts at more than 13-dollars per-hour for positions including gate attendants, event set-up, maintenance, and guest services.  Applicants can apply online or attend walk-in interviews on July 7th and July 11th at the Kentucky Exposition Center.  No experience is required, but applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to work around crowds.
