No arrests have been made in that incident, though police did arrest a forty-one-year-old suspect in a separate shooting on Lyell Avenue.In Lower Manhattan, officials with the 9-11 Memorial and Museum announced an additional moment of silence and bell toll for this year’s remembrance ceremony.
