Officials say 18-year-old Kenneth Aristizabal tried to cross over Trout Creek on a scooter Monday morning but failed and fell down an embankment. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators believe the teen was trying to cross over the creek at a location where a bridge previously existed. A Lycoming County home was destroyed in a fire Tuesday morning. Crews responded to a blaze on Four Mile Drive in Montoursville at around 7 a.m. Officials said everyone inside the house was able to get out safely, while one firefighter was treated for overexertion. The cause of the fire is under investigation. A man who once worked as a handyman in the Lehigh Valley is being charged with child sex crimes. Chester County authorities say officers found pictures and videos of David Rosa sexually abusing children on his cell phone. Investigators believe Rosa may have met victims while he was on the job. Anyone with information is urged to come forward. Eighteen-year-olds in Pennsylvania aren't registering to vote. According to a new study from The Civics Center, just 22-percent of 18-year-olds in the Commonwealth have completed their voter registration. That's the lowest rate in the country. Oregon has the highest rate in the U.S, with 86-percent of 18-year-olds registered to vote. The Little League World Series is just four weeks away. All but two spots in the international bracket have been filled, with the Europe and Africa regional going on right now. Canada and the U.S. regions will hold their qualifiers in early August. The Little League World Series begins in Williamsport on August 19th.
