               An investigation is underway after an officer-involved shooting in Northampton County.  Authorities said a man was shot during a confrontation with a Lehigh Township police officer who responded to a domestic incident at a home on Heritage Lane Wednesday afternoon.  State Police said officers used a Taser on the man before he was shot.  The man was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.            Authorities are investigating a deadly crash in Schuylkill County Wednesday evening.  Officials say a car collided with a tanker truck on the 1600 block of Burma Road in Blythe Township at around 8 p.m.  One person was killed while four others were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.               One person is dead after a vehicle went into a lake near a Monroe County casino.  A submerged vehicle was reported near Mount Airy Casino Resort in Paradise Township late Wednesday afternoon.  Authorities said one occupant was rescued and taken to a hospital, while the body of a second occupant was recovered hours later.  The investigation is ongoing.             A teacher at Williamsport Area High School is accused of inappropriate contact with several female students.  The Lycoming County District Attorney's Office says 47-year-old art teacher Joshua Larson repeatedly violated the personal boundaries of five female students by cultivating an emotional relationship with them.  Larson allegedly told one of the girls she was the only reason he's still alive.  Larson faces multiple charges including institutional sexual assault.
