While she has built a successful career in the pharmaceutical space working for independent pharmacies and cosmetic companies, she’s always been particularly interested in cosmetic chemistry – one of the areas she’s been trained in during her studies.After moving to the US in 2013, she decided to turn her passion for cosmetic chemistry into a career, and shortly after joined the Midwest Chapter of the Cosmetic Chemist Society. To further her expertise, she continued her education in cosmetic chemistry through advanced courses in natural organic formulations, natural fragrance, natural preserving, natural facial masks and spa management at Formula Botanica. She has also completed a mini-MBA program at Harvard University and University of Maryland to advance her management and marketing skills.Inspired by her personal experience with adult acne that has significantly impacted her confidence, in 2020 Reham set on a journey to formulate products that could address breakouts while delivering anti- aging benefits without overdrying skin. In 2022, the Radixir collection, featuring Confidence Serum, Confidence Moisturiser and Ice Globes Face Massager was born.
