Built from slow-burning bowed strings and smouldering drones, the track reaches its most affecting moment through the ghostly vocals of Karen Vogt - fragile, distant and deeply emotive. It’s dark ambient at its most intimate, quietly overwhelming and rich with sorrow, memory and consolation.
