Rafael dos Santos - How to Engineer Failure
from The Hot Mic @ Arch DevOps Hosted by Michael "Fritz" Fritzius
Our guest today is Rafael dos Santos, hailing from Brazil and now in the UK. As a successful owner of multiple businesses, we got the chance to talk about his journey and why he got started in Public Relations. But we also got the chance to talk about how to engineer "quitting" into your plan, and how that can be a decision for your mental health. I didn't realize we were gonna go that direction, but I'm glad we did, because so many people treat themselves as complete failures when things don't work out. But they're not! Join us as we take a deeper look into what success and failure really are. And as always, enjoy the listen. Find out more about Rafael at rafaeldossantos.com ...and as always, enjoy the listen.
