Welcome back to the podcast, it's been about 4 months I've been away from podcast as I traveled Europe for 2.5 months and 1 month in Morocco, Africa. It was quite the fun experience and got the chance to meet up with some friends as well as making new ones along the way. Today I interview a very new friend from Houston, Texas who goes by the name of Rafael Ruiz. This guy is super passionate about this lifestyle and all the great things it brings us. He started his journey not to long ago and he's already making a huge impact his own health, on other people's health and the health of the planet by educating and leading by example.
