Marcella's beloved Raggedy Ann doll is used as a kite tail, but a strong wind rips her free, causing Marcella great distress. A search ensues, but Raggedy Ann is nowhere to be found. Unbeknownst to them, Raggedy Ann lands safely in a tree in their yard, where robins use her yarn hair to line their nest. The robins, familiar with Marcella, call out to her, leading Marcella to discover Raggedy Ann perched in the tree.
