Raging Fire

Today I'm joined by Aneisha and Shaylee, and we're talking about creating and maintaining a raging fire in Sunday School.Leading in children's ministry is a bit like tending a campfire. When you first begin, there's lots of excitement—bright flames that catch everyone's attention! The kids are enthusiastic, the volunteers are eager, and new ideas spark all around. But just like real fire, ministry passion naturally tends to die down over time.
