Raging Student Claims God Is Guilty for Allowing Evil

Is God obligated to stop evil before it happens? Skeptics often pose this question as they build a case to directly attack the nature of God.They begin by asking if a person is morally obligated to intervene if they see a crime being committed against a helpless person.
