Raiders' Defensive Overhaul: Koonce's Big Role
from Las Vegas Raiders News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
The Las Vegas Raiders made a series of strategic moves during the first day of the legal tampering period, focusing on bolstering their defense after trading star pass rusher Maxx Crosby. They signed cornerback Taron Johnson in a trade and agreed to terms with Eric Stokes, Kwity Paye, Nakobe Dean, Quay Walker, and edge rusher Malcolm Koonce. Koonce, a third-round pick from 2021, is expected to have a bigger role next season, following a successful comeback from a torn ACL.
