What this episode covers

The Raiders Squad Show is back with Lincoln Kennedy, Q Myers, and Shantelle Chand breaking down the biggest Las Vegas Raiders storylines heading into the 2026 NFL season! Is Brock Bowers about to take the next step and become one of the most dominant offensive players in the NFL? An ESPN analyst has predicted Bowers will win Offensive Player of the Year, so the crew debates whether the Raiders superstar tight end can actually accomplish it, whether he is the best offensive weapon on the Raiders, and if he is already the best tight end in the NFL. Plus, the Raiders’ QB2 battle is a major topic: after the preseason, should Fernando Mendoza or Aidan O’Connell be Kirk Cousins’ backup? Could Mendoza begin the season as QB3, and what should the Raiders prioritize in his development behind Cousins? The crew also plays “Prove It”, identifying Raiders players who have something to prove in 2026, including Malcolm Koonce, Donte Thornton Jr., Ashton Jeanty, TE Michael Mayer, Jack Bech, Tre Tucker and more. Finally, Lincoln Kennedy and Q Myers answer your questions and comments! Tune in for Raiders news, Raiders analysis, Brock Bowers, Fernando Mendoza, Aidan O’Connell, Kirk Cousins, Ashton Jeanty, and everything surrounding the Las Vegas Raiders 2026 season.
