A famous train station in its day, the place has had a new lease of life thanks to local investment, the investment of the humble brewery, and the support of fantastic customers. But it's not all plain sailing.  In this episode there is talk of the dangers of casual fruit-consumption in the vicinity of cask brewing, hints of the revelation about Brother Paul's time as a trainee priest, the mishaps of getting designs right for a rebrand, and what to not to do if you fall asleep on a train.  There is also a working definition of 'weltered' offered and it might not be what you expect!
