Raising Expectations with Pastor Joe Schofield, Dr. Paul Hall, Stefanie Thayer, Dr. Craig Thayer, Pastor Ron Greer Guest, Janet Price, President of Golden State Republican Women Friends, Thanksgiving is this week and we all have things we are thankful for in our lives. However. as we consider these thoughts, is there a time of difficulty in your life that plunged you into fear and despair that you came through with God and grew in wisdom and understanding deep inside- resulting in growth and thankfulness to God? Isn’t it amazing to reflect back on the simple truth” God is in control” and be reminded just how powerful He really is “when He is ready” to show you! Zig Ziglar is quoted as saying “ Everything that occures Teaches and prepares you for the next stage of life. Nothing is lost!” Yes God has a plan… The Bible says in John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world". Isnt it wonderful to walk with God and experience the life and steps He has prepared just for you…even when we may not understant it at first- We experience and know its reason, truth and power later on!
