My guest today is Rhoberta Shaler, PhD.  She is known as The Relationship Help Doctor and is a relationship consultant and educator, a speaker and author. The reason why I was interested in having her is because I thought it was important to understand how you raise great kids when you live in an unstable, tumultuous, or broken home.  You always hear about therapists for kids who might be troubled or for couples. But not in the context of raising kids when times are tough!   My suspicion is that there are so many people struggling with this behind the scenes- there is a sliding scale of discontent, right?  When i posted that I was interviewing Dr. Rhoberta, I had so many people reach out and say they were struggling with this - and eager to hear the episode.  Here’s the deal: People suffer in silence.
