He emphasised his accessibility, stating his doors are open for anyone, even at 2 a.m. The Chief Minister outlined his government's priorities, focusing on water, electricity, and industrial growth through the 'Rising Rajasthan' initiative, which he said has already seen Memorandums of Understanding worth ₹35 lakh crore signed, with ₹3 lakh crore already on the ground.
