Rajeev Sawant, Ph.D. joins FAU as an experienced assistant professor, coming to us from Baruch College at the City University of New York. He earned his Ph.D. from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. With expertise in various aspects of international business and foreign direct investment, his articles have appeared in such academic journals as the Journal of International Business Studies, Academy of Management Review, and Journal of Business Research. His book, “Infrastructure Investing: Managing Risks & Rewards for Pensions, Insurance Companies & Endowments,” was published by Wiley in 2010. Prior to earning his Ph.D., he served in the Indian Armed Forces, rising to the rank of Company Commander.
