Rajkumari Navis is an engineer, project manager, and practitioner specialising in body-mind-subconscious integration. With 30 years of experience across five countries and a Master’s degree from the Australian National University, she brings a systems-thinking perspective to leadership, wellbeing, and the hidden patterns that can shape how women respond under pressure.Her work focuses particularly on high-performing women in technology, project management, and male-dominated environments who may experience perfectionism, over-preparation, burnout, difficulty speaking up, or hesitation in fully claiming their expertise.Rajkumari helps women understand and shift the protective patterns held in the nervous system, supporting a move from protected to powerful—where leadership, confidence, and success no longer come at the same internal cost.
