I have always asked myself why so many companies need consultant. It was surprising to me that one aspect - among others - is actually the lack of leadership in the company itself. In this episode we cover different aspects of leadership, the attitude of leaders, the human factor in business, how startups work today and many more such as his personal background and how his family did not really like him going into management.
