From transforming an Italian café on a corner of Yonge Street into one of North America's most influential beer spots to pioneering cask ale in Ontario, launching the IPA Challenge, and building Cask Days into an internationally recognized event, Ralph has done it all, inspiring so many along the way. Bar Volo gave brewers a space to experiment, connect, and push boundaries. It helped shape the beer industry we know today. Ralph’s story has been told many times, but rarely by the man himself.
