Ralu on Board: The most influential leaders are not always highest in hierarchy

Ralu Nistor-Lustermans reflects on the IIA Global conference 2023 in Amsterdam. One take away was that the most influential leaders are not necessarily in the board room. Employees in lower ranks often have strong leading impact. Often these defacto leaders underestimate the ripple effect that they have. Do you have the courage to lead with empathy and purpose?
