Jesse talks about her job and day to day what a researcher does. Jesse Lee Despard is a user experience design researcher and Los Angeles native who loves the ocean. She earned her master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and attended Purdue University with an emphasis on human factors psychology. She uses psychology skills to better communicate and empathize with users in research to inform design decisions. In her free time, she walks her dogs and can be anywhere along with the coastline surfing or fishing.
