I first met Randall Head virtually while he was living in Sri Lanka and we connected over the power of breathwork as a bridge between western psychology and the yogic traditions. Randall is a yoga and pranayama teacher, musician, and surfer who rode out the pandemic on the island nation of Sri Lanka. Now he is helping others ride the wave of yoga in his hometown of Baton Rouge, Louisiana after nearly a decade away.
