However, the plaintiff claims one night the defendant got drunk and broke a window in the house, so she’s suing for the damages. Additionally, the plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to pay rent on time, so the plaintiff is also suing for late fees. The defendant insists the plaintiff is suing for more than she owes Then, The plaintiff says her sister, the defendant, is a mean drunk who can’t hold down a job. The plaintiff claims she loaned the defendant money after she totaled her car, but the defendant hasn’t paid it back in full, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the money was a gift, and she believes the plaintiff is only suing because she’s bitter about a fight they had. Plus, The plaintiff used to be good friends with the defendant. Unfortunately, the plaintiff says the defendant once initiated a fight and some of his blood got onto the plaintiff’s clothing. As a result, the plaintiff was falsely arrested and charged, so he’s suing for attorney fees. The defendant, a nursing student, admits he did get in a fight, but he didn’t initiate it.
