Randy Elliott: Davis County Commissioner, Rancher, Baler, Passionate Public Servant

Commissioner Elliott is currently serving his second term as a Davis County Commissioner.  In this episode, Randy explains the many organizations within the county that are divided between the three Commissioners as well as their roles and responsibilities.  He's an involved husband, and father and talks about balancing his family with his more than full time job.  Randy works smart, and attributes his success to strategic-intentional planning.
