We catch up with Randy Rayburn as he is about to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Midtown Cafe. Randy talks about his experiences over the past 3 years, what he has learned, and how close he came to losing the Midtown Cafe. We celebrate the fact that he has a new book, "Midtown Cafe's 35th Annniversary: Stories, People, Recipes" and we talk about all the cool things they will be doing the entire month of October.
