Daniel Suhr is waiting on the Alaska Supreme Court.And he's not the only one.As a Managing Attorney for the Liberty Justice Center, a public interest law firm tasked with defending constitutional freedoms, Daniel recently spoke at the Glacier Brewhouse in Anchorage to a group of legal minded Federalist Society members and others about Alaska's recently enacted ranked choice voting (RCV) system.Having attended the luncheon, I thought he'd be a great guest on the show.Despite Daniel's youthful, invigorating and even jovial presentation, the content was disconcerting.  Having litigated on RCV in Alaska and other places, Daniel has a wealth of knowledge about how this monster has infiltrated our precious right of voting and how it should animate everyone to get rid of it as soon as possible.We'll discuss dark money and how the proponents of Ballot Measure 2, the beast that brought RCV to the Great Land, manipulated Alaskans on that issue with an end goal to washout citizen's rights to cast a single vote for a single candidate.
