Rant: Dumb Nike Ads

Hey everyone, Robin here welcome to my therapy and right now I'm just gonna rent really quickly on the dumbass Nike eyes that I see the judge do it the latest one that really kind of Just annoyed me was one way you see a runner on snapchat and it said just don't just be the best runner in the world be the best runner in history just do it and There's so much wrong with that because When you don't need to you don't need to be the best runner in history the best runner in history My is there's so many things I have to go right so that things that you cannot and will not control your birth your body or whatever That and then on top of that you have to work so freaking insanely hard that Just making an ad that That whose goal is to sell you shit to make you better like running an ad that says don't just be like the it was something I don't just be the best runner in the world be the best runner in history There's so much wrong with that because not I've almost no one can be the best runner in history Nearly no one That's what pisses me off about it is that you should strive to be the best if you're running You should strive to be the best runner that you can possibly be I Mean a way to motivate yourself might be to say I want to be the best runner in the world But what you should aim for is to be the best runner that you can possibly be now There's some insane human beings that are probably gonna be better than you That's just how it is but as long as you strive to be the best runner that you can possibly be if you push yourself You cannot be disappointed because as long as you improve There is Improvement but if you say I'm gonna be the best runner in history It's never gonna be enough because you're not gonna be the best runner in history and on top of that The the statement was made by a company that wants to sell stuff that can quote unquote make you like make you better I don't running and sports and stuff, so it's pure BS and it really annoys me just To see them like try to make us take these ads seriously Because I think they're insulting then salting in the sense that They really do think they really do seem to think that we're gullible enough to believe that that's motivational speech and It's it's something worth listening to and it's absolutely not it's just it's just being delusional Anyways, thank you for listening and have a great day
