Rant of Retcons

With Jay out enjoying his new role as grandfather, aka Baba, Robbie and Art take advantage of a brief window when they are both in the same time zone to quickly rant about a few things. Adobe is tightening the screws again, following the lead of streaming services by offering tiered services: a stripped-down version for the price customers were paying or the opportunity to pay more for the same things we used to get. Is there a third option to get off the Cloud for alternative applications?    In what would normally be good news, Doomsday is not as imminent as we thought. This time it means Marvel is delaying it and Secret Wars arriving in theaters.    Art's final tirade is on a recent trend of trying to retcon the 50-year-old Star Wars to allow proper recognition for the plucky band that started the rebellion as shown in Andor and Rogue One. As if Luke and Leia making out wasn't evidence enough, this shows that Lucas really didn't have the 50 years of movies, shows, comics, books, and the odd holiday special mapped out.
