The City of Grand Rapids releases proposed 2022 budget plan. The Rapid switches to summer service schedule May 10. Gov. Whitmer announces 'MI Vacc to Normal' plan for relaxing state’s COVID-19 restrictions. Grand Rapids Public Schools refrains from expanding high school in-person learning to four days a week.
