The subject of the fourth segment of this week’s edition of Rapidly Rotating Records is not a composer, lyricist, musician or singer, but the bell, popularly known as Big Ben in the clock tower at Westminster in London, England. Remember, Big Ben is not the name of the clock at Westminster, but the bell, officially known as The Great Bell. In other segments we’ll celebrate the birthdays of Fred Hall, Fiddlin’ Arthur Smith and Franklyn Baur and we’ll get cozy.
