He’s Charles Magnante and he gets his very own birthday salute for the first time on this week’s edition of Rapidly Rotating Records. His is one of FIVE birthday salutes this week, four of them for the first time. The others are Jay Gorney, Sid Millward, Willie Eckstein and Jack Purvis.
