Rare bipartisan agreement, Historic lighthouse lights the way

A new poll of Wisconsin residents shows rare bipartisan agreement on a political issue, 80 percent thought a $1.8 billion deal on tax cuts and education funding should have passed.  Republican Congressman Tom Tiffany is the leading Republican candidate in Wisconsin's race for governor.
