Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale (2010) — "Now Santa is going to find out who's naughty and who's nice."

Forget the jolly fellow at the mall: this is the real Finnish Santa Claus. For the ninth Kulturecast, we head to Lapland for Jalmari Helander's Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale, in which young Pietari (Onni Tommila) and his reindeer-herding father (Jorma Tommila) discover what an excavation team has dug up from the mountain. We also chat at length about the week in news, including Indiana Jones, the Sony hack, and the state of Hollywood. Chris Stachiw, the Doctor of Podcasting, digs into Rare Exports, Finnish Christmas horror, the Sony hack, and so much more.
