Rare October storm brings heavy rain and possible mudslides to Southern California

A rare and powerful October storm hit Southern California, forcing evacuations in parts of Los Angeles that were burned by wildfires earlier this year. About 115 homes in Pacific Palisades and Mandeville Canyon were evacuated over fears of mudslides, as the storm brought heavy rain, strong winds, and even the risk of tornadoes.
