Rasagna Holt: Computer Engineer to Entrepreneur

Rasagna Holt was born and raised in a small rural town in India, where her family has a strong tradition of entrepreneurship and musical excellence. Her father is a medical doctor, and her mother, both an entrepreneur and a renowned singer, serves as the Dean of a Women's University. In addition to running a training institute for students, Rasagna’s mother was an All India Radio artist, TV performer, and lead singer in a cover band. Her grandfather was also an academic leader, serving as a Dean and running a successful English training institute. Many of Rasagna's family members are well-known singers and movie artists in India.Rasagna is married to a real estate entrepreneur and is the proud mother of three children. She also has a younger brother who runs a venture capital firm and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.With over seven years of experience as a business owner and entrepreneur, Rasagna holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and a Business degree. Between 2003 and 2012, she worked in the analytics field, as well as in recruiting and consulting. Currently, she runs a successful talent acquisition strategy and consulting firm.
