Rate hike was raised 1/4 point. Sounded like Chairman Jerome Powell spoke well. Market went down 500 points or so, and somehow it ended in the positive in the last 1-1/2 hour. As always, you must know and understand the stock, the stock market, the entries, the targets, the exits, etc. Take your losses as well as you take your profits.
