They’re based in Dublin and this track reminded me of that Primal Scream blues rock n roll sound. 07:02 – Polar Kid – Norsk – All Rights Reserved– From the Norsk EP which you can get on Bandcamp. 10:21 – MyNameIsJohnMichael – Orphan – CC BY-NC Licensed – Sent to me by the artist. Very cool track and I got a bit of a Dr John vibe at times. You can download this free from the website so go do it. 19:36 – Girl Talk – Jump On Stage – License Unknown – Not sure the legality of this but sod it! You can download the whole album for free right now. 25:58 – Tacet – Copyright Criminals – CC BY-NS Licensed – In reference to the last song I thought this would be appropriate. I was actually sent this by the artist after I enquired by email, I don’t know if it’s available for download but it is CC licensed. 35:02 – Brokenkites – Mechanise – CC BY-NC-ND Licensed 37:51 – conFusion – Marie – CC BY-NC-SA Licensed – This French band bring a Jazzy flavour, a flavour popular En France. Nice chilled out tune. 45:24 – Artemis – Seven – License Unknown – From the album Auralei which you can find on Magnatune. 51:30 – LIVE SONG – My rendition of Old Love by Eric Clapton and Robert Cray. Can’t remember if I’ve played this before as I try not to repeat songs. Hope you enjoy it anyway. 56:52 – Lorenzo’s Music – Roulette – CC BY-NC-SA Licensed – Tom Ray from Lorenzo’s Music also hosts the Music Manumit podcast so check them out as well. 66:39 – David Rovics – Burn It Down – CC BY-NC-SA Licensed – New studio recordings from David, liking the African flavour of this a lot.
