Bisher ist die Überwachung Ausgabe des einzelnen Bürgers, Hauseigentümers, was auf dem privaten Grund ja auch Sinn macht. Die Kanalisation wird dagegen nicht überwacht. Hier bedarf es zwingend eines Umdenkens. Registriert werden kontinuierlich 15 bis 20 Meldungen von Ratten-Sichtungen oder Befallsspuren in Bremen pro Woche! Dabei gibt es eine riesige Dunkelziffer. Die Fraktion BÜNDNIS DEUTSCHLAND hat einen umfassenden Maßnahmenkatalog erstellt, der der Bürgerschaft als Antrag vorgelegt wird.
